Kellogg Foundations. A small national team manages the creation and development of the projects and is informed by a large network of local experts in the public and private sectors across the country. The technology based projects offer the opportunity for existing local resources and networks to mobilize around these efforts.

Youthline America views these emerging products as primal civic engagement that will result in more youth impacting their own future and future of their communities. These products will add a more personal and more efficient capacity to technology already in place and widely used by young people.
